Our team of line technicians and customer service representatives act as the central hub of Flightstar. They are the first and last team members that our customers interact with. They represent the company with every engagement and undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on all who visit us. Our line staff operates in all weather situations and along with our CSR staff, tirelessly work to serve all of our customer's operational needs.

Customer Service Representative

We are continually accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) work at the front counter in our private aviation terminal. As the most visible employees in our operation, our CSR’s generally have more face-to-face contact with customers than any other employee. A business-like image, sincere smile, good communication skills, and an outgoing personality are a must for this rewarding position.


Line Technician

We are continually accepting applications for the position of Line Service Technician.

Line Service Technicians have a high level of contact with our based and transient aircraft customers and have a direct responsibility for the routine servicing and coordination of these aircraft. They greet, direct, park, fuel, and reposition arriving and based aircraft at this airport. This position is tailored to an outgoing individual who is a team player and is willing to work in all weather conditions while delivering the highest level of customer service possible.
