The support staff at Flightstar encompasses a wide range of duties and departments. Most departments have a variety of team members who are crucial to our success and play an indispensable role in our daily operations.


Office Assistant

General Aviation Division

Flightstar is seeking an Office Assistant that would assist the Business Manager with day to day planning functions in our General Aviation Maintenance Division.

Details:

  • Position starts at $14.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30am - 4:00pm

Essential Functions:

  • Manage Production Calendar and other Scheduling Programs and Reports
  • Maintain Flightstar Family list (Outside Clients)
  • Check CAMP due lists for managed fleet and outside clients and update calendar accordingly
  • Quote and schedule managed fleet inspections
  • Assist Project Manager/QC with planning tasks
  • Monitor and Reorder Office Supplies
  • Monitor and Reorder Shop Supplies
  • Monitor shelf-life for Shop Supplies
  • Order Detailing supplies
  • Mail/Ship project documents to clients
  • Distribute final invoices to clients
  • Arrange travel arrangements for training events
  • Additional tasks may be added at any given time

Job Specifications:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Planning and Scheduling experience
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of aircraft terminology
  • Familiarity with operations of a Repair Station
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
