Paid Vacation Time:
- 1 week accrued after 1 year of employment
- 2 weeks accrued after 2 years of employment
- 3 weeks accrued after 5 years of employment
- 4 weeks after 15 years of employment
Accumulate up to 20 days max of vacation, at 20 days you will be paid out in your choice of 5 to 10-day increments.
Sick / Personal Time
- 40 hours per year
Unused hours are paid out on your anniversary and re-banked with new 40 hours.
