Flightstar Corporation Awarded STC for Bombardier Learjet 40/70 Series Wi-Fi Compatibility

Champaign, IL (KCMI) – Flightstar Corporation announces the FAA approval of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) ST04439CH for certification of compatibility for wireless data technologies in the Bombardier Learjet 40/45/70/75 aircraft. This STC enables operators the ability to permit the use of portable electronic devices onboard aircraft with wireless networks.

Data provided in this STC may partially support the installation or activation of a wireless radio frequency system. This STC does not constitute the installation approval of equipment.
